Hi guys,

When I arrived yesterday to the competition I told Uri that I'd like the second place prize. (I didn't even said if  The 1st was pasta pot and huge box of all kind of pasta and noodles. Who need another pot?

To cut a long story short, I got prize number 2. A professional chef knife made by Victorinox of Switzerland. 

Of course I have all kind of professional knives and a chef knife too, alas, not so good a quality.

The funny thing was when prize #1 winner came to me and asked me if I'd like to exchange presents.... ha, as if........LOL

I have made stuffed shoulder cut . Recipe will follow next post.

So here I am rcving the knife and here's the dish too.
